Hull City Council

Beyond incompetent. Bills are wrong. They never answer the phone. You have to chase them to correct the charges and then chase them to pay them. They are an expense on society. Please cut cost and defund the council.

Absolutely disgraceful removing a child from her family because even thought he mother was a shown abuser and both children said she was and that 50 nos and still a no is a yes. Some people deserve the worst to happen and I hope this corrupt establishment gets that for everyone to see what they are and the immensely immoral ways they operate. You make my physically sick form your uncontainable ways. My sister wished to stay and you took that from her, she was perfectly safe and doing really we’ll but because the mothers are always right you don’t listen to logic or reason; dictating and enforcing your ways. Bit offensive after my my drugged me, hit me , fabricated 3 mental illnesses that are no longer here and your court decides she is not only fit to care but hard done by. Egregiously sickening and you should be more than ashamed, if there is a hell I know you lot are going into the boiler room

Had the displeasure of speaking to Someone regarding my council tax. Explained my financial situation and instead of working towards a solution he demanded that I pay right this second even though I was sobbing explaining I have no money. I explained my health issues and he hung up the phone! I complained to Hull CC and they stated that he ‘didn’t mean to be rude’ and that the phone system ‘cut off’. He hung up that phone as it was at the perfect time, and he was the rudest man I’ve ever spoken to.

I have worked for 17 local authorities across England. Hull City Council are by far the worse public organisation I have known, characterised by a toxic business culture that prioritises its own interests before those of the public and those companies working as suppliers to the residents of Hull. Sad.

Phone service is appalling, tend to go round in circles not actually speaking to any one, and survey on their performance which is offered is suprisingly unobtainable when progressing through the hurdles put up in this useless system try i dare you !!!

Does this guy think he’s a gangster offering the public out ... grow up you overweight old waste of space

Waiting a month for them to pick up a sofa, just have to complain week after week and they do nothing.

Thinking off moving to hull, heres a tip...dont! Possibly the worst council I've eve had the displeasure of dealing with, a city run into the ground by jobs worths...
