If you want to book a hotel that is a 15 min taxi drive from where you wanted to be then they are spot on. On our trip to the US before the chaos we asked for a hotel in a certain area, we ended up miles out of the city just off a freeway. Absolutely ridiculous.

Another branch of Polka Dot Travel with exceptional staff helping you with your travel requirements.All know their business and have a wide and very thorough knowledge of the products they sell. The polite and friendly staff here (three lovely girls and a charming young gentleman) immediately make you feel welcome. They are all efficient and helpful (nothing is too much trouble) and it it’s always a pleasure to visit, regardless of the reason, be it to confirm arrangement regarding your current booking or making a decision on your next holiday.

Really helpful and recommended a great trip for our honeymoon. Very efficient service, and having never used a travel agent before we will definitely return to plan another holiday. Staff are very friendly and considered our needs well when making recommendations.

Staff here are lovely and very patient. Helped us find a wonderful holiday. Store can get very busy especially on weekends so you may have to wait at times to be seen. Prices are very reasonable and they always have new offers on the front window of the store.

Booked fir 3 people 4 weeks later they got my partner on same flight lot cheeaper and seating together would recomend poka dot travel landudno annd i live in crewe members of staff awesome

The staff we dealt with was as helpful as he could be ButHe was unable to post out documents to our address Apparently it is not allowed We offered to pay recorded deliveryNot their policyIn this day and age really the documents should be emailed

Called in to book a holiday disappointed as only given 1 holiday ! Would we be happy to fly from east Midlands airport, not really as live in north Wales !
