Pentagon Sheffield | Kia and Motability

Brought my daughters car in for a service and MOT. Was asked to bring it for 8.30am on a Tuesday. Had to call them at 4.30pm to see what was happening only to be informed that they hadn’t had time to work on the car. They promised me the car would be the first car they worked on Wednesday morning. I called at 9.30am and they were working on the car. Said they would call me when it’s ready….. got to 11.30am and I went to the garage to see what’s happening.Finally got the car at 12.30pm with no apologyThe car didn’t need any work for the MOT so no reason why this took so long.Really not impressedVery frustrating

Martha went there yesterday they said they can help her. Than when Martha got there they mess up her credit more and lie. They r lie all the auto place lie and mess up your credit what the big deal that file bankruptcy over 15 years ago she has not than it since than.

Had an issue with my Sportage that needed a repair. Having had an initial problem with Kia themselves, Kyle at Pentagon went above and beyond to get things sorted for me. Very happy with his service, friendliness and professionalism. Thanks Kyle.

Horrendous service. Kia Sportage engine failure, taken in and told they were full till October but wouldn’t give me an appointment at all.Told me that due to the engine problems on the Sportage, they had a lot of these and no resource to fix.Because I missed a service in lockdown, they told me the warranty will be void.Staff were rude, aggressive and just wanted to sell cars, not maintain them.

I never normally post reviews, positive or bad but after the service i received from Kia Sheffield today i am more than happy to. I attended with a warranty issue on the windscreen washers of my Sportage, the 2 members of front of house staff i spoke to on drop off and pickup were outstanding, so friendly, very clear and i credit to your company. I have a speech impediment which sometimes makes it hard to be understood but they were so professional and patient. The work was carried out perfectly and from now on my Kia will be serviced there. I have experienced poor service in the past from other dealers but here it was totally the opposite, i would highly recommend Kia Sheffield.

Fantastic service, as always. Car serviced & MOT'd for a reasonable price and air con issue investigated. Courteous & respectful staff. Although not my local Kia dealership, I will always bring my car here for the far superior service given.
