Beautiful retirement homes and superbly finished.The service and care from Amber and Gemma has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and the completion was done quickly and efficiently.My Mother in law was welcomed to her new home with a hamper and hello’s from the staff.I cannot recommend this company highly enough as it has been a positive experience at a difficult time.A big thank you to Amber for all your help.

From start to finish the sales team have been awesome. Helpful, kind, supportive and professional. Nothing is ever to much trouble. My parents have just moved in. I feel they are safe and will be looked after. Jo, the House Keeper is a fantastic lady. Welcoming, kind and caring and she has already given so much support to my parents.The girls in the sales team go above and beyond and have made the move run smoothly with excellent communication.Amber and Gemma work so well together and now Jo is there too I feel my mum and dad are safe and happy.I must give a special mention to Amber. From our first meet till now I can truly say she has been my rock. I could not have moved my parents from Kent to Waverney Place without her by my side. She is one very special young lady and McCarthy & Stone are truly blessed to have her working for them.Thank you.
