Staff extremely rude. Ann on till saw I had parcels in my hand to post as I walked up to her, and she loudly said ‘Ugh pass me that bloody phone’ whilst rolling her eyes, referring to the device used for evri parcels. I then said hello and she completely ignored me and was rude throughout. Her colleague sat next to her did the same when my friend was next in the queue and they both started laughing as she came over. Need teaching manners. x

Not your typical Tesco Express. Note that it was Tesco Metro before and pretty much is still now, meaning that you will have a way bigger choice of assortments compared to your normal Express shop but also limited opening hours over the weekend.There is a -1 level that you can access either via an escalator or an elevator. The earlier one does not work from time to time.

I don't often have gripes when shopping but the last two experiences have just simply left me annoyed at this store.Bought a Tesco Stir fry deal, Sadly they have it on club card price" at £3 normal price is £4.50This is a rip off as Asda Standard price is £2.50 and Sainsburys normal price is £3. It really shouldn't bother me but this instance is clearly an artificially inflated price to make them look good.2nd experience I tried to use two free item coupons

All self service tills are card only and if you want to pay cash, you have to wait for the single manned checkout which is busy because it also serves as customer service, lottery and cigarettes!

Incredible customer service! I lost my phone in the store and all of the staff was so kind and helpful, helping me find it and calm down. Thank you especially to Nafis who went through the security footage and Vito who found it.
