Diabolical Customer Service for online purchases, you cant call them, takes them forever to respond to an email, and when they eventually do, they dont even answer the simple question you asked them, they just tell you to return the item if you are not happy. I know I can do that, but that wasnt what i asked them to find out about my item i had received. I am still after 3 attempts over a whole week, waiting for them to answer my simple question which they havent even attempted to answer. Never shop there again, it simply isnt worth the hassle. Shame as they sell some good clothes, but if you are selling online, you really do need a half decent after sales service to back it up, otherwise you end up with reviews like this.

I bought a medium jumper online in the sale for £190, was told I could not exchange for a small and had to return and re order the small. However when I got my refund the jumper was no longer in the sale and had gone up to £265.After contacting the company they said they could not sell me the jumper at the original sale price. Very poor customer service

Came here with my partner (and dog). The staff were friendly and attentive and make our experience really great.It was exactly what I’d expect from high end retail. I felt compelled to write this review after seeing the store is rated 3.9 on google, granted my experience was in store and not online but the in store experience was top notch

Items I bought in the sale were reduced heavily a week later, they refused to honor the new lower price, so sending back. A shame really, my first order so I’m unlikely to return.

Do not use this company!!!!!!! I have received disgusting customer service. I ordered a 2 t-shirts from them, then DPD delivered it to a unlocked door downstairs in the main area of my flat without my knowledge. It wasn’t there when I got home from work. Now they won’t send a replacement or refund me my money and I don’t have the t-shirts. Avoid this company basically a bunch of thieves!!! Taking money and not delivering the goods! Would be 0 stars if I could.

I pop into the store maybe 1 per quarter and the welcome from the staff is always warm. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. Luey is brilliant and is very passionate and knowledgeable about fashion. It’s always a pleasurable experience when I shop in-store. Arguably the best store between Cambridge and MK. The On-line offering is excellent .

Amazing sale item at a great price randomly cancelled five days later. Email saying didn’t have the stock to fulfil order. No apology just ‘order cancelled’ . Terrible compared to competitors .

Avoid their shopping onlineLike many have indicated whilst the experience in store is pleasant, quite the opposite could be said about he online experience when it come to returning goods. It has now been more than 20 days and I haven’t heard from Giulio nor have they responded to any emails. I find it totally disgraceful and if they cannot cope with an online shop then maybe they should abstain to do so because it definitely tarnish your overall image. I am now left to call my bank and declare the transactions as fraudulent. Such a shame!

I ordered a pair of trainers at short notice, hoping I'd get them to wear for the weekend. I emailed customer services politely asking if they could be posted straight away and I got a response within 15 minutes. My trainers were delivered the next day! Excellent service & wouldn't hesitate to order from there again.

Awful online experience. I returned two pairs of jeans and received tracked notification that they were received back in the warehouse on 11 January. I'm still waiting for a refund well over 3 weeks later despite calling the shops (who can do nothing) and emailing (rarely respond). Very poor service - avoid. Think I'm going to have to go to small claims to get my money back.
