What can I say? Can't recommend NBK highly enough. James was great planning my vision with total honesty about what would work and what wouldn't and the likely cost - it was just what I asked for. An enjoyable experience and good chats through the months with Covid having an impact. Ryan talked me through the changes they needed to make to the plan during the install. Dan was a great fitter - making minor amendments where needed and sorted out my very important drawer for all the bits I use every day, a small thing I know but essential for me! Aftersales has been way more than I expected - the whole team is fantastic. We all love our bathroom and enjoy it every day with some very positive comments from visiting tradesmen about being the best bathroom they have been in! So thank you to every one of you who made it a reality, we will enjoy this for years. Its not cheap but exceeded my expectations and totally worth it.

My partner and I started planning our bathroom project in Spring 2023 and were in search for a company that would not only deliver great results, but also look after us and our project with great care. Particularly because this was our first project of such a scale and during a time when spending is a luxury. We absolutely made the right decision for us.Stuart was a delight to meet and work with as we planned our project. He was very helpful, kind, and genuine in his consultation and anytime we had questions. James was also great to work with as we mapped our project in detail and agreed on all the final products and touches. Thanks to both, throughout the planning stages we felt constantly reassured that we were in good hands.During the installation, Damien (our fitter) was not only friendly, but also had a professionalism, eye for detail, and top skills to match. Throughout our installation he always made sure that we agreed with the work he’d carry out for the day, and he also provided solid solutions when we encountered a few snags.The rest of the NBK team (Ryan, Millie, Megan, Rachel and team) were also key in making our project a huge success. We could not have had such beautiful results without the whole team. Thanks, NBK! We’re already looking forward to the next opportunity to work with you.

I used NBK to do my en suite, after previously using them for my family bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. They are consummate professionals from top to bottom. From survey, design, and fitting, every single aspect was diligently and patiently executed, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. The entire process was project managed for the minimum of fuss and disruption during the fitting stage. Steve, our fitter completed the project to an extremely high standard, consulting with me throughout regarding fine details. Overall, I could not recommend NBK enough, and will personally recommend them to anyone I know.

We have a daughter with special needs , so we wanted to adapt our upstairs bathroom for a more suitable use for us all to use but at the same time giving our daughter some kind of independence So We went straight to N.B.K who were fantastic from our first visit from James who done the surveying .We explained that we wanted to convert it into a wet room and told him our daughter needs . We then had a consultation with Stuart and James who made your choice’s so much easier less stress by their guidance, we saw it in 3D which looked amazing . We had a top professional fitter Lee Howard who was here from start to finish very hard working tidy and clean in his work talking us through everything .The toilet we had installed is called a Geberit AquaClean . I would highly recommend N.B.K thank you everyone involved Its given our daughter some independence

Very impressive organisation!Due to personal reasons we unfortunately weren’t able to commit to having our bathroom remodel completed with NBK, however we feel compelled to leave a review here as we were very impressed with the operation NBK are running.From first contact with Stuart, through to the survey and design process with James the NBK team were extremely helpful, responsive and professional.For those looking for a high quality and stress free bathroom/kitchen remodel I have no doubt that NBK would do a great job. James especially was extremely thorough in his approach and was a pleasure to deal with.Obviously I can’t comment on the actual building work as we weren’t able to proceed (for our own reasons, nothing to do with NBK) but based on the professionalism of the initial stages (survey, plans, design, communications) I’m sure that it would have been high quality.I’d recommend anyone looking for a remodel to at least reach out to NBK and see what they can do for you.Thanks Stuart, James and Megan!

We had such a wonderful experience with NBK in renovating our kitchen. We were so well taken-care-of by Catherine and Tony in the planning phases of the project in the showroom. They guided us through the project and decisions like champs. Ryan, our project manager, kept us informed of any challenges or changes we needed to consider. And Mark who did our install was so lovely -- and such a perfectionist -- we felt we were in excellent hands. The final product is gorgeous and just stepping into our kitchen each day brings us such joy. Two other things worth noting -- we originally considered going to other vendors in our kitchen refurb, but the efficiency of the entire process with NBK was really worth going with them. They know the ins and outs of all the different moving pieces and in the end the whole rather big project was smooth, seamless, and only took 2.5 weeks. Amazing! Also, they were extremely courteous and careful with our house - making sure our other floors were properly protected as well as a wall of wallpaper we were especially keen to keep. All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you.

I had a complete renovation of my bathroom, changing it to a shower room. The walls were stripped of tiles and new ones fitted. I had a new floor and a new toilet. They also fitted cupboards with an inset basin, a granite worktop and a new mirror. The new mirror was an afterthought and Lee, who fitted it, took great pains to make sure it was level.The bathroom fitter, Shaun, was brilliant. He covered all our carpets very carefully, he worked hard and quickly and he even sorted out a leak in our downstairs toilet which happened while he was here.The company were very obliging about changes I wanted to make along the way and deducted charges from the original estimate where work proved unnecessary.I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend NBK to anyone wanting similar work done.

We used NBK (Norwich Bathrooms and Kitchens) to supply and install a new kitchen at our Mulbarton home.Before placing an order we had three or four meetings with the Design Team to ensure we had everything correct. At no time were we put under pressure during this consultation period. The team were patient and helped to ensure we obtained the result we wanted.Just before an order was placed a site meeting was held with the Project Team to check designs and agree sighting of electric sockets etc.The order was placed and installation date agreed with an expected installation period, this was exceeded by two days because of Installation Team illness and injury. However their communication was excellent and we were never left not knowing what was happening.We cannot give enough positive feedback to this company and their operatives. All members of the company from Director to Labourer were friendly, respectful and a pleasure to deal with.NBK will never be the cheapest, but if you want that you should look elsewhere. If you want something special, deal with a team who care and have a value for money product, then you do need to speak with these guys.

NBK did a great job of upgrading my en-suite shower room. Excellent service all the way from initial consultation, design, selection of materials through to completion of the installation. Really liked that there was a single designated fitter that did all the work. Dan was superb in giving good advice and practical solutions throughout the installation process and was totally professional in all his work. I'm so pleased with the finished job which exceeds my expectations. I would absolutely recommend NBK to others.

We have used NBK a few times, 3 beautiful bathrooms and a range of small jobs. They are professional, friendly, responsive, their aftercare is unrivalled and more than once helped us significantly with incidents not related to their usual business of kitchens and bathrooms. They say you get what you pay for and certainly do with NBK, outstanding.
