Chique Hair & Beauty Salon

I have been going to this salon for over 40 years following my hairdresser Debbie when the salon moved premises. I have also gone to Sarah for a number of years for nails, feet, beauty treatments etc. Who is passionate about her work. The staff always make me feel welcome and their prices are reasonable compared to other salons in the city where you also have the added expense of parking! Needless to say I have had many appointments over the years and not had to complain once. I would also like to say how well they looked after my terminally ill best friend. Special mention to Debs, Sarah, Catherine and Abby - well done all of you in continuing to make this salon such a successful business.

I went into chique hair and beauty for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. I haven’t had my hair cut professionally for 8 years due to social anxiety and they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. The lovely lady cutting my hair really listened to me and helped me understand what I wanted and also checked that I liked everything during the process! My hair looks and feels amazing, I will definitely be returning!!

Today was my first time at Chique Hair & Beauty Salon and my hair never looked and felt better when I felt it! I absolutely love the job that Abby did to my hair. I went from messy blond to beautiful copper and I have got everything that I imagined my hair would look like. So pleased with service. The atmosphere in the salon was warm and friendly. This salon is just amazing! Been coming here for many many years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Calm and relaxed environment. The stylists are very considerate and listen to what you want. I couldn’t recommend Kathryn enough she is very knowledgeable about what works best for your hair when it comes to colours and gives a great cut and finish.

I came to this salon for the first time to get a men’s perm done, Hayley was absolutely fantastic, very precise and friendly. I’ve had a perm that cost double the price elsewhere and I would choose Chique Hair again any day. The entire team were friendly and fantastic. Will be using them again in future.

Overall experience was 10 out of 10. My first time here and i will be a permanent customer with elise. Elise was amazing very talented young lady I can't thank her enough. Everyone was so lovely including the kind gesture of lemon & ginger tea. This the by far the best salon I've been too. It's very clean and has high standards and great customer service. Will recommend my friends. Thank you so much for making me feel great!!

Brazilian blow dry- seriously for all frizzy haired girls- this is the best thing I’ve ever done with my hair. It’s next level amazing. Every single day is a good hair day. Humidity doesn’t touch it. Went in a steam room, no frizz at all. It’s so quick and easy to dry. Haven’t needed to use straighteners at all. This is an absolute game changer. It still holds a style, I can still curl it. It just gets rid of the frizz. And it’s so shiny and smooth. I’m obsessed with it. Elise did my treatment, the salon is lovely. Everyone is very friendly. This is seriously good value for money. If you’re in any doubt- just do it.
