I bought 2 pairs of Avulux migraine glasses from the Manchester store, one with a reading prescription and one for all day use. I'm extremely happy with them, they are instantly soothing on the eyes and feel good quality. The service couldn't have been better, from help choosing frames to amazing after service. Mahiya went all out to make sure I was happy and went away with exactly what I needed, overall it was a really positive experience and I couldn't have asked for more.

5* Service. I am used to Specsavers and this is miles better. Very friendly, honest advice. Lovely designs in store. Uncomplicated pricing structure, no add ons.I would like to mention Mike who helped me today and my brilliant optician Sehrish Javed.

Overpriced for what it is. The frames I got are OK at best. They are not fitted very well so keep sliding down my nose and even after only a few months of use they are getting dirty between frames and lenses - not a great design. Finally some of the staff in the shop were dismissive, edging on rude.

Amazing experience throughout, the optician took her time and kept me informed the whole time, the process was very thorough but also very relaxed. The choice of frames were amazing, they have something for everyone and I was seen to with helpfulness as I chose. I then got invited back a week later to pick them up and was checked on if they were comfortable and felt correct for me. Will definitely be returning, thank you so much!

Recently had laser surgery leaving my prescribed sunglasses rendered useless. Took them in to the store and had them switched in moments, free of charge. Staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant.

I was long overdue an eye test and I decided to give Ollie Quinn a go as they had very good reviews. I’m glad I did! Everything went well from start to finish. The test was quick and efficient, but thorough at the same time. A very kind gentleman (I didn’t get his name unfortunately) helped me with trying a few frames on and finding the right pair. OQ advise they have a 2 week turnaround, but my glasses were ready 5 days after my eye test, which to me is very good service. I’m very happy with my new glasses. I will certainly be returning to OQ when I’m due my next eye test.

The service is really great!The staff is really nice and friendly. When I popped in to fix my nose pads he generously helped me and didn’t charge me anything. Additionally he cleaned my glasses as well.I much appreciate it because at the moment I’m under big financial pressure and his help is literally saving my life!I would definitely recommend this store to everyone who is looking for a good quality and friendly service optician store.Also if I have future demands for glasses I would definitely consider getting a pair of glasses from here.

Excellent from start to finish.Got me to try styles I wouldn’t have gone for and came away with just what I wanted (without me initially knowing they were what I wanted!).No hesitation in recommending them, so much so my wife is going to book in!
