Highland Boundary
We met the lovely Highland Boundary team in Bishop Auckland during the food festival weekend. They have a fantastic selection of truly unique spirits and liqueurs. After tasting each offering, a bottle of larch&honeysuckle spirit and birch&elderflower liqueur found their way into a bag to be enjoyed at home.Simon explained how their drinks are more than what is consumed, but an idea of foraging, re-wilding and connecting with nature. This company will go far!
