IMO Car Wash
I did have a good review written but after today i have to say i doubt i will use them again. I paid £25 for a valet and left very disappointed. When i pulled up he seemed disinterested which you could clearly see from the amount of effort he put in. When i went to collect my car it was sitting in the car park with the keys in the ignition. Genuinely don't pay for a valet, not worth the money at all.

I had much better job before at the same place, car wasn't clean properly and came out half dry despite the highest category level I paid for HD level..., not sure if I will use them again... shame they were good before...

Brilliant staff and very friendly. The person I dealt with advised me on different washes in detail. I chose the full vellet. Top one in the Auto Wash and then hand polish and inside cleaning. 2 of the staff spend a good time to give a real good clean.Very Happy customer!!!

Won’t use again. Just a lack of knowledge and care from uninterested staff. Took my car to be washed, chap with the pressure washer put the nozzle too close for too long. Only realise this after when I park up and realised he’s taken off a lump of lacquer… it’s an older car, but now worth less. I don’t have a before or after image, so no proof. Just I know I went in without it. You’d be better washing yourself, the wheels never come properly clean anyway.

I strongly recommend NOT to go to any of their sites, especially this one.They have ruined my paint work on my brand new car, which I worked so hard to get and are refusing to take responsibility.Please, save your time and money.

Workers are very rude, don’t want to do the job properly, no manners, then they speak in the language and look and laugh at you. Don’t do pre wash properly

It was a waste of time and money. Didn’t clean the car at all. There is better car wash in Apple Green, West End car wash.
