What great people to do business with, a quality product with a low pressure sales pitch quite unlike many of their competitors. We had two sash windows fitted and are absolutely delighted with the installation and service, their prices were significantly lower than two other well known firms. We will definitely use them again.

On the 24th July, 2023 we had a Composite Front Door fitted by Falcon. The gentleman, called Ian, who did the fitting was courteous and very helpful. Excellent service throughout.. Very highly recommended.

Used Falcon to supply and install a large and very awkward positioned widow to the front of the house. The whole process was easy with everyone I spoke to being polite and helpful. The guys who installed the window were very polite and professional and did an amazing job considering the size, height and difficulty involved. No mess at all, they cleared away the old window, frame, glass, everything. I am more than happy to recommend Falcon and would definitely use them again should I require any windows etc.

I am really pleased with Falcon ,excellent service ,and the price was really good, the total cost was less than half than i was quoted from a few other firms , Ian who fitted the windows was methodical and finished the job in two and a half days, i would definitely recommend Falcon.

I cannot recommend Falcon enough. From the first contact with Geraint who came to do the order, then Darcy who did the survey, then the installation which was quick clean and professional, they were friendly, helpful and not pushy! We had a small problem with one window which was rectified in a week, no problem. Excellent company. Will use again.

March 2023: 9 Windows and front door fitted. Falcon provided an excellent service throughout, they are very competitively priced and kept to their timescales. The two fitters, Dale and John, were friendly, efficient and professional. They both took pride in their work. I have no hesitation in reccomending Falcon to anyone considering double glazing
