I’m currently a first-time buyer and had little knowledge about the ins and outs of buying a house. However, Darren has been a massive help and guided me through the process with ease, explaining everything in detail, but also in layman’s terms so it was easy to understand. He was also my brother’s mortgage advisor and that’s how I got in contact with Darren (as my brother highly recommended his services). I am grateful for the hard work he has put in. He is very efficient and has excellent communication skills, updating me every step of the way. Highly, highly recommend!

Darren was really helpful throughout the process of house hunting and mortgage application. I can't recommend the Mortgage Shop enough, especially Darren Black. I have been dealing with him from 2012 when he secured me a great deal for my 1st home and he has sorted all my re-mortgages since then. He is extremely helpful, friendly and his level of expertise is second to none. He is always on hand to answer any questions you have and to offer the best advice!

Highly recommend The Mortgage Shop for those who want to take the hassle out of sorting their mortgage. Darren from the Ballyclare office was brilliant in guiding me through the process of securing a mortgage deal both as a first time buyer and remortgage.
