No staff to ring the till waiting with other people over 15 minutesTwo people farting about at the pharmacy who said they can't help as a different frentice lord help them another one to hit closure of they maintain this level of service I'd give no stars if I could Boots get it together please

Old and run down with a very disorganised layout in desperate need of modernisation

A lot of the bad reviews are about the staff.They'll treat you nicely if you treat them nicely. It's customer service, not customer's slave; treat them with some respect and you'll get it back.I've been many times for general pain relief medicine, skincare and prescriptions and never had a problem.

Excellent service, pharmacy staff are overtly friendly, I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile. They are very busy so cannot possibly give instant service, a point that thick people forget. They always explain when there's a queue to be dispensed, so I have a coffee and come back later. Some patients have zero patience. I always get my prescriptions dispensed here, it's always a pleasure to see their smiles.

A bit sparse product wise but the staff are amazing.

Horrible rude pharmacy staff. Racist behaviour towards my elderly mum. Refused to exchanged unopened box of vitamins. We went to another store and they refunded without any issues. I also read refund policy online and it clearly states any item unopened should be refunded.

Good location and sells a good range of items. Would like longer opening hours though, particularly if picking up things after work which I can't do as they are closed!Perhaps you could introduce longer opening hours one night a week if there if demand for it!

Horrible and rude pharmacy staff. Also rude staff serving at the normal counter. My husband is a consultant in the local hospital and took prescription there which he prescribed and they kicked a fuss and had a massive back and forth with him how they will not serve him!!!! He never had any problems with any other pharmacy serving him with prescription. Bannerbrook pharmacy served him with no trouble!! Because of the fuss they kicked the prescription was delayed and the patient could not receive medicine in time.Another incident was when I went today to return a hair product which we bought in central six branch ( which is brilliant by the way). The lady from the pharmacy asked why I am returning. I said my mom is 65 and we don’t think the product is suitable for her. She aggressively said - “why did you buy without reading the label”. My response was this was sold in normal counter not behind the pharmacy and I have every right to return. The lady raised her voice and said i will not serve you ( I was in the middle of buying 4 other products). Just because I reasoned with her she left counter and refused to serve me.I also had a receipt that needed validating and point transferring to my boots card. Initially she agreed to do this but after this she refused to do that too. I was standing speechless at the counter with my 65 year immobile mum!!!Store manager came out but did not do anything fruitful and that’s why some of the members are so rude as the management is very weak.I went back to central six and the staff gave me the refund for the hair product and put the points on my card too.Dear management at cannon park if you don’t look after this store properly I am afraid this is causing to huge amount of reputation damage…

i didnt know where else to put this review as boots doesnt provide a way to leave positive feedback- but i was served by holly yesterday and she was super friendly and helpful, i really appreciated her time and advice
