I highly recommend RJM Coaching, my sons GK skills have improved greatly since starting his 1:1’s, so much so that my son now wears the number 1 goalie shirt.Rory’s experience and positive attitude at the sessions have increased my sons confidence immensely. Rory is accommodating to the times and days that you require. Both Rory and Ryan have shown and explained to my son the importance of each skill and how it can be adapted into a match. These sessions are my sons favourite part of the week.

Rory is a great coach for my son, he really enjoys Rorys coaching style and looks forward to the sessions. He is also very good at communicating and patient with him.

My son has been training with Rory and Ryan for over a year now and he has improved so much. They get the best out of him and support him in everything he does. Excellent coach, helped my confidence grow in my ability coming back from injury when we first met. As I developed as a keeper Rory would always make sure that training is pushing the most out of us in order to aid this development and while his constant feedback which has an informal tone further help us keepers. When I started with Rory I was playing at U18 division two level since then I have made appearances for Dunstable town first team and without the training and drills provided by Rory and hard work it wouldn’t have been possible.

My son's football skills have come on greatly since he started attending 121 with RJM coaching. Both Rory and Ryan have developed excellent rapport with my son creating a conducive learning environment for him.I have noted that both Rory and Ryan pitch the 121 sessions at the right level for my son. The sessions are well structured and easy to follow. Ryan has taken the extra step of sitting my son down and using the white board explain the rationale behind the different football techniques. My son has found this particularly very useful and enhanced his knowledge of football which in turn has helped with his skills on the field.My son loves the attention given to him during 121 and is always looking forward to the next session. Ryan has continously given us feedback which helps understand my son's performance as well as progress. I highly recommend RJM coaching to anyone especially those interested in giving their children a chance to master football skills.
