Avoid at all costs. This is a genuine review and we have all supporting emails.Initially the service provided was good. Cleaner was on time and work was done. Then it just went downhill.1. They don't have cleaners who are able to communicate in basic local language so you are left to using google translate. We tried to accomodate this as much as we could but it's not fair advertising for a service when even explaining basic tasks is customer's job.2. Our cleaners were changed all the time either someone was falling sick, not able to come etc. It was bit frustrating to explain what needs to be done (which is why we signed up with the agency for)3. Sometimes cleaners would just leave early without finishing the job, which means us having to check they have addressed all areas.4. Few of our ITEMS WENT MISSING. this was the the final turning point as it's a strange coincidence that the items were missing exactly from the room and bathrooms where cleaners have access to. Please put a CCTV if you wish to use their services as they never sent us any DBS / Liability insurance proofs and outrightly denied any responsibility to investigate this.They will act very nice and professional while assessing the work but once you sign up then it's all left to you to explain and manage the cleaners due to lack of local communication training. Sign up at your own risk.

Highly recommended gardening service. They did a fantastic job tackling our garden which had gotten really overgrown over the winter. The team worked fast and efficiently and the price given the amount of work that needed doing was very competitive. Really happy as our garden looks great and ready for summer

We’ve just had our first clean and would like to say how impressed we are with the standard and the way everything was arranged.Started with a deeper clean and never had our house cleaned so well although we’ve tried several companies over the years.They took time to visit, make detailed notes and estimate how long is needed, which made a big difference. Also sent me a list with all I needed to have as cleaning products.Asked me for feedback and if there is anything they could improve next time, which was nice.Professional, polite and helpful.Very good start and I’m so glad I’ve found you.

Extremely helpful and trustworthy team - we have been using them for 6 months and have always felt in very safe hands. Paulina is the sweetest and kindest cleaner we have ever had - she is a pleasure to have around the house. She does the little things that don't go un-noticed, like taking my washing out of the machine and hanging it out if I have forgotten to do so before work.
