Every review is here under 1 year. I think none of them went for any claim so far. Callum broker gave me insurance cover without flood cover. My previous insurance with lloyds cover for flood. But when I switch to monopoly he quoted me similar price with but never mention thats flood excluded. But still I have bussiness interruption coven in place which is cover loss of earnings. Initially broker said you cover bussiness interruption and after not answering calls and finally gave me insurance company number to chase the claim which is also their own underwriting team guy from there said no interruption cover also help this case so he will confirm that by sending email. But I only received very formal email nothing mention about claim declined. I have taken this to financial ombordsman

Incredibly disappointed with the customer service with the Monopoly insurance representative. Not only that I couldn't get resolution to my question I was subject to a rudest behaviour I have ever experienced. The representative had the courage to put the phone down on my face when I requested my NCD certificate that I was chasing for number of weeks now. Steer away if you want to save yourselves a headache. Simple requests like this shouldn't turn into such hassle.
