Everyone is so lovely and we had to try and get to a care home and we got this place for my nana. Service is amazing best care home I've ever seen and been to. Would definitely recommend

My mother was receiving palliative care until she passed away only 5 days after becoming a resident.The care at Troutbeck was very good and my mother had a comfortable caring end to her life.You can visit at any time.

My Partner visited a friend in your Nursing Home on a regular basis and have to say was very dissapointed and upset by the very low standard of care she received such as: stained clothing, dead flowers, plants not removed, call bells not answered in a respectable/reasonable time. My Partner will certainly never recommend this place " to anyone."
