Totally professional and excellent workmanship but inexpensive. 1000 reasons why you don't go to a big outlet !!!

Helpfull lady at reception. Got quick appointment to fit carpets in my brand new home. Left their guys to work in house and had call after few hours that all is done and they are leaving the property with no one in property so i had to rush to the house for security. No body was bothered to clean up the mess after cutting carpets and furr of carpets were everywhere like snow all over so I contacted their office but was told that it is not part of their job to clean up the mess after their work so I had to do it myself and It took me almost 3 hours to vaccumm the whole house with small home vaccumm cleaner because furr of carpets was thick and was getting stuck in machine.Make sure you have heavy duty vaccum cleaner to clean up mess after them.

We had some issues with another local flooring company letting us down and then never getting back to us, at the last minute. We had less than a week before we were moving out of our flat, but Cozy Flooring managed to fit us in short notice and do a fantastic job at a great price.
