First delivery received. Nicely packaged combo of pasta and guanciale. So impressed with the goods, the price and the delivery I jumped straight back on and made another order!

This is how my Pandoro have been delivered.Unacceptable

Ordered for the first time from this webstore and had a great experience.The food was packaged excellently, with the chilled items in a heavy reflective bag containing ice packs, and the unchilled food safely cushioned with recyclable paper (no plastic packaging peanuts). The glass bottle was cushioned in an inflatable pouch, and the drinks can was packaged in a plastic bag in case it burst during transit (good idea).My only complaint is that as a home buyer, some of the listed items such as cheeses did not have a reasonably small portion available (eg. Asiago at 3kg), but there was more than enough to recommend the site for non-wholesale buyers.

I have placed my first order and had some issues with the delivery. Completely not the sender's fault.I have asked for help and they were very kind and understanding.The food price and quality is fantastic and I have to be honest I couldn't believe the amount of effort that has gone to make the packaging environment friendly.Having spoken to the company over the phone and having experience the best customer service one could ask for in this situation, I can sincerely say that I will be recommending them and also use their services moving forward.

New customer and received my first order yesterday, have to say I'm thoroughly delighted so far, the goods arrived on the date and time specified and the packaging was excellent. I doubt it will be my last order, thank you.

I've received this as a present from some friends, super appreciate the present and the food is very good, however the packaging ruins it all. It's a complete disgrace to send 8 single portion of food in such a packaging (see below, and just for proportion...the boxes (2) must have been ~ 60cm x 40 x 30... the food was probably 20% of that size

Just received my very first order from Delicatezza and I am extremely impressed. Very well packed - even though DLD delovery guy completely dismissed 'this side up' signes all over the box, the packaging inside made everything perfectly safe. The quality of products is fantastic and considering portion sizes, great value for money! I can't wait till my mext order!! Well done!!

Great place to order authentic italian food. Got a big box of stuff for my girlfriend for her birthday the next day, and I had only mentioned that fact in the 'additional notes' section in passing. And, without request, they had left a Happy Birthday" note in the box which was so lovely (she really enjoyed it). Everything was relatively cheap and fairly priced. Would definitely use this service again"
