We stayed in the family room and we usually have an issue with the milk for our 1 year old but we were amazed to see a fully working fridge! Beds very comfortable. Room spotless. Great host and got parked on the street with no issues. Free parking. Already booked our next stay. Large TV in the room too. Nice quiet street just a minute from South Pier and Pleasure beach

Hi our names are Ken and Sarah we have had most enjoyable stay at really spot on guesthouse with a wonderful host Mark. We could not fault it at all very clean everywhere rooms clean everyday coffee tea and hot chocolate and milk sugar and biscuits restocked shower is brilliant bed was comfortable 10 out of 10 Mark will definitely stay again for sure. absolutely brilliant place to stay, beds lovely and comfy, host Mark is incredibly friendly and helpful, brilliant location only 5 mins to Pleasure Beach or a short tram ride to the Tower.

Good location close to promenade and clean comfortable room ideal for a short stay. Access might be an issue for those with mobility issues as no lift but I managed the 2 flights of stairs with luggage fairly easily.

The room had an en-suite and was compact. It was kindly stocked with all basic needs. There was a fridge , hair dryer, tea coffee facilities and supplies. There were little touches added like complimentary biscuits and sanitary products. The owner was kind and friendly. Parking is available on the streets around. The bathroom and bedroom were clean and safe. The bed was really comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Even though we arrived pretty late due to delayed bus, Mark was very welcoming and a genuinely nice host. Double bed was the most comfortable bed we've slept in in any hotel. Everything was really clean and we would definitely stop again. Thank u Mark

Superb guest house for a mini break, the rooms are fairly sized.Mark - the owner was brilliant with the communication and helpful.Rooms are secure. It's a great location for Blackpool pleasure Beach which is a 7 min walk around 2 corners.Which is great.

Rooms are nice and the location is convenient, very close to the south pier. The host, Mark, is a nice guy as well. Amenities are replenished daily (hot chocolate, coffee, tea and biscuits). Will definitely book here again.

This place is highly recommended for any short breaks you have in Blackpool. The guest house is placed in a very convenient location, two streets (two minute walk) away from the main promenade.Mark is a very nice host, very polite, professional and friendly. Mark is very approachable and is willing to do his best to ensure all your specific requirements are catered for to the best of his ability.The room and communal areas are all very well presented. Our room especially is of a very high standard, it looks as though it's been very recently modernised/refurbished. The ensuite facilities are also of a very high standard, very clean. The shower cubicle is very spacious and the shower itself provided ample water pressure at optimum temperature.All essential toiletries/towels were provided and the toilet was cleaned daily. The room's tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, milk, sugar, sweetner was replenished daily also which is a very nice touch. We enjoyed these every morning. My wife especially loved the chocolate orange cookies!!! Our towels were also replaced regularly without us having to even ask.The cot provided for our baby is of a very high quality also.We were also surprised that a fridge/freezer was provided in the room along with a number of items like an iron, smart TV, hangers, kettle, hair dryer, air freshener, washing powder along with many other items.The Guest House is very family friendly, it was very pleasant and a quiet atmosphere throughout our stay.The price paid was very reasonable for the level of service we received.We will definitely be booking here again when we return to Blackpool on another break.Keep up the great work!
