After having my initial welcome appointment and my first few house cleans, I have been more than impressed by Clean to Gleam. Danielle, the very professional, super friendly and reassuring company owner, put my mind at ease straight away, alleviating all of the little niggles you naturally feel when inviting people to freely roam your personal home space! During the welcome meeting, Danielle explains the products her team uses, her cleaning utensils and also her insurance and security procedures. She gives you the opportunity to state any preferences you may have - which she then goes above and beyond to cater to. Her team of cleaners have been equally friendly and super efficient, again making me feel completely comfortable about something I was very nervous about. With two small toddlers, I'm so glad I've finally decided to do this - I feel sooo much happier in my sparkly clean home with lots more time to spend with my growing girls :)
