Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Palmers Green

I’ve rented multiple times from Palmers Green enterprise now and have never been disappointed.The team here are helpful, funny and always good vibes.Thanks ,Christian

Had a very poor experience dealing with Enterprise Rent-a-Car Palmers Green. Weinitially booked AND PAID through their website to rent an automatic car, however when we went to collect it in person we were told it was unavailable. Their website apparently has a subject to availability clause (meaning it will show the cars are available, even if they’re not) After wasting an entire morning trying to collect the car, being sent back and forth, they then tried to persuade us to take a manual 7 seater. The service provided here is sub-standard and their staff were not helpful nor considerate. There was no proper communication or compensation from their side for the confusion and delay caused. Our refund has been processed in dollars when we paid in pounds, because their HQ is in America. Extremely disappointing.On the plus side, I eventually ended up renting a 2023 plate car from Victoria Euston for a great deal!Please do better Enterprises Palmers Green!

My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been extremely disappointing, to say the least. I attempted to book a car through their website, where they gladly accepted my payment and confirmed my reservation. However, this is the second time they've called to inform me that my booking had to be canceled due to unspecified reasons. It's incredibly frustrating to have my plans disrupted without any valid explanation.What baffles me is why they would charge my card and display a confirmed reservation if they couldn't fulfill it. It's simply unfair and lacks transparency. I expected better from a reputable company like Enterprise Rent-A-Car.As a result of their incompetence, I had to resort to contacting other car rental services like Sixt Car or Zipcar, wasting valuable time and effort to secure an alternative solution. I must thank these other companies for stepping in where Enterprise failed.If Enterprise wants to retain customers and avoid negative reviews, they need to seriously reconsider their booking process and ensure that they can fulfill reservations before accepting payments. Until they can demonstrate more reliability and accountability, I recommend exploring alternative options to avoid any potential regrets in the future.

The team at Palmer Green have proved customer service and customer care is not a thing of the pastFrom the first enquiry to the actual rental the team listened, understood and pulled out all the stops to get the car I needed delivered in time.They were so pleasant and helpful.A special “thank you” to Mc Kenna, Jamal and Adem.This office Is a credit to the Enterprise Group.

At the branch in Palmers Green it was all good but when I tried to call them to make a change I could not get through with multipleattempts. I had to call main number to send a message to the brach to call me that never happened. I had to call them early next day. ref 1QXCXD

Second time renting here. This time there was some confusion with travelling abroad with the rental. Company policy required a 5 day wait, however after explaining my situation (moving abroad, taking the ferry next morning and back the next day) they acknowledged a mistake was made by someone in their company and as it was a matter of urgency, they sorted me out the same day, including an upgrade. Great service all round, would recommend.

I've used enterprise quite a few times to rent. Simply because their whole process is so quick, simple amd straight forward. They provide you with clean vehicles, and affordable. But this location in Palmers green in particular was what I expected from enterprise if not better than my previous experience. Hilton and Derek were absolutely professional throughout. Hilton was forever apologising and keeping me updated as I had to wait a while, as they had temporarily lost the key to my rental. Not that it was a problem i was in no rush and I understand they are busy,it happens. But that for me spoke volumes it showed their respect and integrity towards their customers. When I returned the car I met Derek. He was a genuinely happy friendly guy. Not forgetting the rest of their team. They all went above and beyond. They have my respect, trust and loyalty and that I think is most important as a customer. I will never consider going else where. Thankyou all the team at enterprise.

There is no responsible person in this branch. I tried to talk to one of the people who worked there (Jamal) after 5 times leaving massages in 2 weeks he didn’t back to me and I decided to move to other branches.

Excellent service every single time. I can’t recommend this place enough. So many time they have gone beyond their regular service to help my business. Enterprise feel like they’re an extension to my company, we’ve stopped leasing cars altogether, that’s how reliable they are. Halil, from day one, has been great. From day one he has been helping us through understanding the rental process - through to now sourcing vehicles in super short notice. I sometimes feel like he’s one of my own staff.Everyone at the centre is polite, presentable, efficient and professional at all times. The vehicles are always squeaky clean and ready for us to take when we arrive.My only complaint is that they are so good at what they do I feel they’ll get very popular soon and run out of vehicles!

I rent a lot of vans from enterprise company today was the first time I used this branch (Palmers Green) they were above and beyond fantastic. And most definitely the best branch I’ve ever rented from. Very very friendly and Efficient service. The whole team deserve a big well done. Thank you
