When I spoke to a member of staff on Friday morning, I asked if an appointment was required to be informed that it was okay to call in. On arrival on Saturday morning e were given different information which was fine and understandable. It was the very rude delivery of the information. I have taken my business elsewhere and also will not be going there for my new kitchen either.

We are so pleased with our whole experience with Wilson fireplaces. Chris was very helpful and gave us a range of options to choose from. Never felt pressured into the sale at any stage.The installation team were very professional, prompt and done a very tidy job.We ended up with a perfect fireplace and wood burner which we couldn't be happier with.Highly recommend Wilson Fireplaces!!

From the consultation with Chris at the showroom through to the installation, I am extremely impressed and delighted with the level of service received by Wilsons Newtownabbey. I was kept informed throughout and the guys who came to install were very professional and tidy and did an excellent job. I am also grateful to Robert who came out to measure up but sorted out a new glass and ropes in my existing stove. Thank you team.

Chris was incredibly helpful when I went in to arrange installation of a wood burning stove. I had absolutely no idea how to go about it, so was quite nervous, but Chris's calm, professional manner and indepth knowledge soon put me at ease. He arranged everything and emails were answered very promptly. The fitters were pleasant and professional and have to say the stove is....amaaazing. Very happy. Thank you Chris!!!

I purchased a fire surround and inset multi fuel stove from Wilsons at Newtownabbey. The whole process from showroom viewing, ordering, home survey to final installation in January 2023 was first class.

Fireplace installed and is a great job. One of the liners that we was paid for up front and was not required was very quickly and effortlessly refunded to me. Honesty of this was great as I would never have known. Fitters did a great job.
