I would suggest finding other engineers to service your heat pump, if that’s what you are after. I had three appointments booked with Baxter- the first the engineer was so late he then cancelled m, the second the engineer was sick and apparently no one else could come and today they were due at 9am - I had to ring them to then be told the engineer should arrive by 10.30am. They show a complete lack of organisation and appreciation of the work time that I have wasted, waiting for them. Other, more professional bodies elsewhere.

Really friendly and helpful company. Pleasure to speak with Peter, Adam and Simon in servicing and repairing my NIBE boiler. The issue was time-sensitive with family visiting imminently but this was resolved in a reasonable timeframe and now I have some useful tips around how to better maintain my boiler and heating.

My NIBE heat pump was working fine until I had Baxter come out to do an annual service check-up. Since then, based on changes they made to the settings the system no longer can heat the house, nor can it generate enough hot water for an eight minute shower. Avoid if possible!

My old NIBE heat pump has been overheating and cutting out, not what you need at the coldest time of year. Simon and Adam responded promptly to my request for help. Two issues have been sorted today and all seems well. Im confident that if I have further problems they will help me find a solution. Thankyou guys.

Contacted via Nibe for an air source heat pump system service. Their customer service was excellent and prompt. On the appointment day, the engineer explained the control panel settings and their correct use, all of the system was thoroughly checked, cleaned and everything was tidied up.I would highly recommend using this company and we will certainly be using them again going forward.

We have used Baxter heat pumps for all our properties for a few years. Adam and Peter in the office are extremely helpful and a pleasure to speak to. Simon and Lewis are extremely experienced engineers who identify and fix problems straight away. They are always very responsive, professional and efficient. As part of our annual service they give us discounted rates for repairs and offer a 24 hour telephone service for engineer advice which is very helpful during cold winter nights!!! Great value for their service and I recommend them very highly.

BHP serviced and repaired an older NIBE exhaust air heat pump. They had to come twice in the end because the issue (excessive noise) was difficult to diagnose. Each time they were very responsive and friendly, keeping me informed throughout. When I called them, there was always a helpful employee to pick up the phone within seconds. Very happy with the quality of service and customer experience. Thank you!
