Staff are always so helpful and make life easy for me to order prescriptions for my elderly mum who can't do it for herself. A big thank you to Ann, who has relatives near Southampton!!

One thing I don’t think I can fault is the doctors in this surgery, a handful of them have always gone above and beyond for me. But one thing I can tell you, is they need to get rid of a good few of them receptionists, especially Edie. That woman’s attitude is absolutely horrendous. Customer service is definitely not her strong point & the manner is which she speaks to people is awful. Sort it out Edie!

I've been trying to make an appointment for 3 weeks now. The e consultant is constantly turned off and even though I'm calling every morning at 8am theres never any appointments left and I'm waiting more than 40 minutes sometimes for them to answer. apparently they got rid of e consultant and got PATCHES which is ADMIN QUERIES ONLY!I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do? I need help from a doctor.

My husband has been trying to get appointment for prostate check he is worried over it, he never seems to get through told he can't go in to Dr's to make appointment tell. I rang for him it said press one you won't lose your place we'll ring back they rang back after all appointments were gone just ridiculous, receptionist need replacing no empathy at all if someone phoned about there prostate I'd make appointment as soon as possible shame on them, this update the reply you get is the same as receptionistJust shameful, I just hope one day they don't need a appointment about someone worrying of possible prostrate concerns,full of empathy NOT

they never solve the problems too hard to make an appointment. terrible worst GP I've ever been treated here I was forced to change because I changed address but I'm going to look for another one urgently. I've had pain for 6 months and they don't solve anything.answering: I was present there at 09:00 in the morning. I was told what they always say you have to call at 08:00 even though I explained that I had an emergency, in a lot of pain and I don't speak English well.

Helpful callback service from reception to save waiting on the phone at busy times. The new phone system generally is a massive improvement. The reception team are helpful and i'm always able to get a phone call/appointment if needed with a GP or nurse, all of which are excellent.

If 0 stars were available this is exactly what I'd be giving them! Multiple problems with this surgery. Too many to even list. But the receptionist needs a reality check and should not be allowed to have a job like this and think she can speak to people in need with complete disrespect.AVOID THIS GP SURGERY AT ALL COSTS!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !

can never get an appointment thay tell you to ring at 8am and when you get throughout after ages waiting thay say all appointments have gone it's a joke why cnt we get an appointment like we use to do b4 covid everything is bk to normal now so why cnt you get an appointment. it's so frustrating that's why people get annoyed and angry.

Two weeks ago I had appointment in this practice ( I am a patient since 2015) and today I've been informed that me and my son been kicked out without the reason from this practice. I am so disappointed, I have no gp, no medication which I need to take for the rest of my life, I need to pay penalty because I took medication from farmacy for free ( I never paid for this). Ridiculous!!!!
