AVOID THIS PLACE!A terrible environment. They treat you like slaves. I worked on their main account and they cherry pick people and tell you off even if you haven't done anything wrong!A toxic place. Thanks I was temp as I won't be returning again! It really affects your mental health. I mean you get 30 mins unpaid lunch in a 9 hour shift!

Made some friends here but the way they run it is a joke. The team leaders" are a big cliche that go off and drink in the offices for a "meeting" Don't waste you're time."

Terrible place to work. Supervisors are unfriendly, rude and patronising. They like to describe it as warm calling" but it is cold calling. They will take you on and fire you after 3 months in a very fake a rehearsed "company reshuffle" where they pretend they don't have enough account for you to work on. But in reality they overhire in the first place.Employees are treated terribly a 30 min lunch break...Bosses also engage in activity that is not acceptable from management level. Everyone is quite aware what happens in that building after hours.Management will allow their favourite staff or their friends to stay there and be on their phone all day and pay them with extra commission. While those who are trying really hard get the brunt and get out on the more difficult accounts. I could never go back to that place again! Horrible! I have also noticed most of the 5 star reviews here are from management- they have not even bothered to change their names."

If you don’t sell enough they tell you to go home at lunchtime. Poor pay and low prospects. One manager got us to run around the room pretending we were animals as a motivational tool.

This company does (at the time of writing) work for MCFC. The manages don't return calls when asked, won't accept complaints and leave their front end call staff in my opinion unsupported. One supervisor even tried to hide who they were so negative reviews couldn't be left.

A fantastic place to work, the people are very friendly and the supervisors and managers always try to help when needed. The flexibility on offer is unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere, they're really accomodating and don't judge if something important comes up like an audition.The best thing about the job is the colleagues, I formed very close bonds with the people working here from agent, supervisors, managers and HR everyone is very down to earth. Yes customer service has its ups and downs, but you'll find that everywhere and it's more about finding a place that treats you well that counts.I would reccomend this place if you're an actor, performer or anyone with commitments outside of work like kids etc. The office is very Covid safe too and clean which is important to me.

Worked at this company for three years whilst the workers are delightful. the management staff are really out of touch with reality, one manager wouldn't let me attend my grandads funeral... Do not work for this company you will be treated awfully.

Worst place to work. They do not care for you or your mental health. Absolutely not worth it at all. As a agency, they will not offer you new work at all. Better off working elsewhere.
