Iain has previously serviced our boiler to good effect and this review concerns servicing our cylinder. The builder who installed it had spent a long time earnestly explaining how it worked but I learned more from Iain in a few minutes! I have complete confidence in Iain's expertise, experience and knowledge. And the back-up from the office is first rate.I have no hesitation in recommending Head Plumbing Services Ltd.

As new homeowners, you can imagine the terror having to call a plumber in within your first week - no hot water, water not draining in the bathroom and a pretty impressive leak out of the overflow pipe! Iain was super helpful from the first call and was out to us within 24 hours. On arrival he went above and beyond to ensure that not only our issues were fixed, he also gave us a full run down of how things worked and some advice for recommended adjustments to things in the future. Very happy with the work carried out, will definitely be using again :)

Iain is a firebird engineer, that means he is able to furnish you with free parts, at times if you have a firebird boiler. He arrived on time on the job. He replaced what was necessary and helps me during times of crisis. I am very glad that I have iain to call on when things go wrong. Iain does a good job.Thanks Iain

I just had the annual service completed on my oil fired boiler and water heater/cylinder. The website and booking system is easy to use and very helpful, giving clear information on servicing and pricing. Iain was on time, completed the service efficiently and tidied up after he was finished. He promptly followed up the work with a detailed report. This is the second time I have used Head Plumbing and will continue doing so in the future. Thoroughly recommended.
