Anglo Vapour

We have visited this shop for some months now.My other half wont go anywhere else as she likes their product and previous customer service.Today we went in and bought a new vape cig, firstly it appeared that the staff had changed since the last time we visited. The lady behind the counter was awful, she was lazy and couldnt be bothered to demonstrate any of the products. In fact she was talking to us from the stock room and out of sight. We bought one anyway and went to the car and my other half tried setting it up. She had some difficulty with it. So I went back to the shop and said Is it going to reliable?This young lad was very defensive and made out that we had misused it. I said we haven't even put any fluid in it as we can't get the tank on. He refused to change it and told me that if I want I can go to trading standards then that's fine. I was surprised by this as I am a customer of theirs and wanted customer service not a row. He then asked me to leave the shop. I asked for his name and he stalled on giving it to me, and then told me he was 'James' I said I will talk to the owner as I have met him on several occasions when in the store. I would recommend staying away or if you do buy anything then get them to set it up so you are not accused of misuse. I won't ever visit or buy anything from them ever again.We use to spend £40-£50 every month there. But now this place has awful service so going to stay well away...

The only place to go for anything vape related! The staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable. Large amount of flavours in stock including the latest hardwear! I cannot recommend themEnough. Plus every juice is on tester!! What more could you ask for. (Update the shop has been recently refurbished and looks fantastic! Even has a coffee machines) Great selection of nic salts if thats your kind of thing.

Updating my review to 5 stars. They have increased their CBD range since my initial visit and I'm pleased at the range and value of. It's now a roll of the dice who I come see when here. Happy to see the improved range!Original review (4 stars):Was quite happy to see them sell a couple of CBD products. CBD FX and EZ (Vamp). Was helpful on initial visit. Will come back again since the only vape shop in Winchester with CBD are scam bags (VaperTrails). Thank you!

Really helpful advisors and always happy to answer questions and let you try things. They will help you set your kit up and they offer a loyalty program too!

Lovely friendly, helpful place. Got everything my hubby needed to get him started. Pleasure to meet them in there. Highly recommend.

I have to say I was *really* pleasantly surprised with this shop. I was bought a vaping pipe for a novelty but had never vaped. I assumed that shops would be a bit aloof and unhelpful if I asked questions, but the staff were really keen to advise. Told me all about the science of it and even warned me that a particular type of liquid I wanted would damage the pipe I had. recommend the optimum choice. Couldn’t be more helpful. Won’t be going anywhere else.

First time I’ve use of the shop today, very helpful & friendly staff. I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

Used to be a great vape shop but now caters more to beginners". Flavour options are becoming increasingly limited and they aren't really keeping up with the latest mods and tanks. I would recommend them for anyone who is newish to vaping and using low to medium powered devices. Staff are very friendly and helpful."
