What a hidden gem in the centre of Norwich, staff were really nice but you really want to go there for the food, how has this place not got a Michelin Star I don't know as it is better than some of the Michelin Star restaurants I've been to. The food wasn't your boring old pub food, it was a well refined menu of carefully thought out courses that complement one another, the food was hot, well presented, insanely tasty, and great value for money. I've ate at plenty of top restaurants around the UK and Europe and this pub is on par with some of the best, where you usually pay two to three times the price. The food wasn't dry, burned or overcooked either, it didn't taste like it had been stewing all day, the freshness was coming through. There was no weirdness of trying to mix things that don't go together to try and upmarket the dish, yet it was still a very upmarket meal. The food was exemplary of a chef who is is obviously very clever and talented. The staff knew the menu well and made us feel very welcomed.

We had our Christmas party (38 in total) and I cannot say a bad word about the evening. Ellie was very lovely and extremely helpful from my very first enquiry right through to the evening itself. The staff were so accommodating and lovely and saw to all our needs including a very quick clearing of tables to make way for the entertainment. The food was exquisite and plenty of it and the cocktails went down perfectly. Cannot thank Ellie and the team enough for a very memorable evening!

Lively atmosphere. Disappointed that there was no free wi-fi and internet signal poor. However, dog friendly and excellent meal. Reasonable prices. Staff welcoming and friendly. I would go there again.

We got a late booking for a leaving party here in October, having not really heard of it before I didn't really know what to expect. On arriving I suspected good things as there was an excellent beer selection in front of me. We sat down for the meal and although the menu was small everything arrived perfectly cooked and tasted incredible! Great food, beer, vibes and service. Nice outside seating areas for the summer too. I enjoyed the steak, chips and creamed spinach. Had several beers too which were in fine condition.

Roast last weekend was so so good. Great flavours and a lovely pub to eat in. Staff were lovely and gave us plenty of time to eat despite it being very busy. The whipped carbonara & sourdough wasn't my favourite but that's definitely just personal preference.Only complaint is I think there could have been a bit more meat on the beef roast.

I recomend the fruity fool! Nice and quiet and stays open till 2am I think. The specials looked lovely too and friendly staff make you feel very welcome. Not too many teeny boppers either which is a bonus to us!

I've had the pleasure of visiting The Weavers Arms twice for meals and numerous times for drinks, and it's become a favorite spot. The cozy interior and delightful garden make for a welcoming atmosphere. During the summer, catching a local band added a nice touch. The Croque Conscious was a class act, and on another visit, the scotch egg with chips and mayonnaise was simply brilliant. I can't find a fault, making it a go-to place for both ambiance and delicious food. Highly recommended.

Amazing, friendly service, we arrived as a walk-in for dinner in the evening and as they were fully booked we tried an outside bench and we were lucky enough to get one.The sausages and mash were exceptional however the steak wasn't so great, overcooked and chewy.Overall experience a 4/5. Great beers, happy and friendly staff with much better than average food.
