Had the worst experience ever, the manager I think his name is (Eoin) is the worst person, has no people skills whatsoever, very ruid and disrespectful person who does not know how to speak to customers. If you are insured with (heaven) they use RVM for replacement or courtesy car, your insurer then leaves you to deal with RVM yourself. Believe me you do not want to use or rent a car from them, they bring dirty car to you so you dont see the scratches and dents, and on return they expect you to have the car clean from inside and outside, so that the smallest of the smallest scratches are visible, so that they can charge you. You better off without any car then renting from RVM

As you can see majority of the reviews are a year old, i can say from my experience improvements have been made. Very good customer service, easy and smooth hire. I would like to personally thank Janet from Rapid Vehicle who made every step simple.I would definitely recommend it to anybody who is looking to rent cars for PCO.Servicing, MOT, Insurance all taken care by the company you simple pop to any kwikfit and give the company's name.

Spoke to Nigerian guy, very unprofessional, when collecting car was told the boot needs hoovering and that they will charge £35 for valetting, or I could pay £20 cash instead. Hmmm.... dodgy I think very much so.

Wonderful people and very honest too. It’s unfortunate that I will be giving back the vehicle in 3 weeks once my 5 weeks compulsory contract finishes. Nothing wrong with the company or the car, it’s just not suitable for me renting, in my situation, as I don’t really get time to use the vehicle for work. Never give your bank card details to this company, you will be called by real gentlemen telling you to stay assured you won’t be charged but when you give back the car you will find yourself dealing with Nigerian people and they will charge 140£ for a small scratch that could happen to anybody in any supermarket car park.

Can't speak for everybody else but my experience of using rapid vm was great. From the start to finish, great communication and excellent service thanks.

Worse experience ever. Avoid at any cost! I received an 19 plate mercedes with 3 major faults and I lost lots of jobs because of the vibration in the car. I asked for replacement and they replied 1 week after with excuses. I recorded the huge noises and faults coming from the engine and gave this people loads of opportunity to refund me but a rude lady called me ysterday and said that I can go for legal if I want my money back.. Very dishonest people. I am open a legal action against them very soon. AVOID THIS COMPANY otherwise they will stole your money somehow .Thieves!

I've been asked if i can afford to cover the hire costs of my replacement vehicle and when i said yes they asked me to do it or they won't supply me with one, despite that they where instructed to do it from my insurer. Absolutely unnecessary complications. After their refusal my insurer transferred my claim to another company and they booked replacement vehicle for me within minutes.

In general a nice service - only critique is a massive deposit (500), and from that initial 500 don't expect to get it all back, when you return the car.Look out for extortion charges on processing PCN and car damages (I mean the microscopic scratches/scuffs).
