Jarek did an excellent job for me in installing 2 outdoor nest cameras (wired), a nest floodlight camera and a doorbell. The communication before the appointment was excellent with quick responses and even flexibility when I had to change the appointment day. The interior and exterior wiring and connections work is immaculate and everything was set up and explained very well. The quote agreed was very detailed and explained the difference depending on exaclty what was needed as it wasn't clear and I was pleased that, after the work the price agreed from the quote was fair and not simply worst case". I had Jarek (J W Smart Services) attend yesterday for a Nest Thermostat installation on a combi boiler. From the first communication Jarek was efficient, helpful and professional. Really friendly and knowledgeable on installation, turned up exactly on time and took the time to run through the system and how to use. Everything working as it should. The experience, professionalism and sheer quality of work was absolutely outstanding.Not only did Jarek install the Nest Learning thermostats for a dual zone system really quickly, he guided me through setup and config with ease.He also observed that our Nest doorbell was battery powered although we had the wiring available, so he also wired the doorbell and assisted with getting the optimal configuration for it.Will definitely be using JW Smart Services again for future Smart Home installs!

Jarek installed a Nest system today for Upstairs, Downstairs and Hot Water. The entire time he was incredibly professional and efficient and installed the system so it looks really neat and tidy. After the installation he walked us through the set up of the app and all the configuration of the heating and hot water.He also found an issue with our hot water cylinder that we hadn't noticed so we're now able to get that repaired too.If you're considering installation of Nest thermostats in your home I'd highly recommend Jarek!
