Ground Lock Security

Recently had a domestic Alarm installed by Kevin from Ground Lock.The installation was quick clean, and we were talked through the system thoroughly. The system itself has proved to be really simple to use, with a great app that gives you peace of mind you definitely armed the system when you left the house! And if you didn't you can do it from the App from anywhere!I have to say an excellent service from start to finish and even guiding with a little thing over a weekend was no problem done quickly, efficiently and with a friendly manner.I can't comment on price as frankly didn't shop around as Ground Lock's reputation was enough for me but certainly feel we got value for money.

We can highly recommend Ground Lock Security for a professional installation of a home security system. Our thirty year old system was becoming increasingly expensive to maintain with disproportionally high costs from ADT. Kevin at Ground Lock provided a full upgrade to a new system while using our existing cabling. He is very knowledgeable and professional, as well as friendly and helpful. He turned up at the agreed time to talk though options and provide a quote. He listened carefully to understand what we wanted and talked us though some options. He came to install the system at the agreed time and carried out the work very efficiently and unobtrusively. His final price was exactly as the agreed quotation even though he had a couple of problems with our existing wiring. He even brought his own vacuum and brushes to clean up after he’d done the job! The new system works perfectly and is a big improvement over the old one. Great job, thanks Kevin.

Kevin visited within minutes of calling him on a Saturday to help remove a key that had become jammed in a lock. An extremely pleasant gentleman who fixed the issue at a very reasonable rate. If only all tradesmen were as honest and professional. 100% recommended.
