Great Service. We were working locally on a photo shoot and needed a vinyl floor urgently at 8:30am. I couldn’t believe my luck when we found that Headland were open. The team were so helpful and they really saved the day!! Thank you!!

Can’t fault Headland Carpets. Professional and friendly service and reasonably priced.I visited the showroom twice, had them round to measure up and to fit, had telephone and email correspondence and on all occasions I encountered helpful, knowledgeable and kind members of the team.No sales tactics or pressure (as sometimes encountered with other known carpet retailers).I would certainly recommend (just as they were recommended to me by my neighbour).

We wanted new carpets and we tried 2 of the big leaders and finally we tried this place to get quotes.We had slightly difference experiences with each (nothing bad). But with these they just seem far superior.The store even looks better, they have the carpets laid out better rather than a big open space that looks the exact same.The staff did a great job, they didn't try to oversell or sell us anything we didn't need.They check the property and said our old underlay is fine but just need it on the stairs because of the usage.They are nice and honest and helpful.We had some other question about their other flooring options and the guy was incredibly helpful and gave us a catalogue to take away.The experience was 100 times better and that's not saying the other places were bad because they were fine but the other places were out for a sale and you could tell when comparing the interactions. This place seems like it wanted to help us first and the sale was secondary.

Would recommend Headland carpets & rugs for a very good service. The sales team were very helpful in helping us make the right decision on which carpets would meet our needs. The free measuring service was excellent as was the fitters who spent two days fitting our new home. Special thanks to Peter who had to do a lot of 'jugling' to accommodate our time scale.

I had an awkward hallway which was outside of the dimensions for normal rolls of carpet. Staff in the showroom were knowledgeable, helpful and able to suggest several options. Then the fitting team were professional, friendly and did a great job. Happy to recommend.

Cannot recommend Headland Carpets enough! From 1st visit, all the way through to completion, the service has been exceptional.Their choice and range of flooring is huge, aswell as being extremely reasonably priced and excellent quality.Visiting their showroom, we felt no pressure and they gave great advice for what would be best for our needs.The fitters were fantastic too - efficient, tidy and very friendly.Thank you so much!

Brilliant service from Lee at Headlands Carpets & Rugs. Contact Headlands after I was let down by another local firm. Lee came to see me straight away, provided a quote in writing, kept me in the loop regarding stock and delivered on the day he said he would. Really happy with the job and would highly recommend them, certainly for reliability.

Great selection, price, and fitting. Old fashioned customer service by people who care. Now had a lounge, bedroom, staircase, and landing fitted. Much better than any of the big sheds. Thanks
