Extremely disappointed with the attitude of the staff here when asking for a refund due to 2 silver bangles bought as a gift being far too big. Company policy that no refunds to be given despite not being told pre sale and asking to return 1 day later. Terrible customer service, lack of understanding and rude attitude.Short sighted policy, as won’t be buying anything from there again!

Absolute thieves! My wife legitimately presented some inherited jewellery for valuation to be sold. The woman who served her was very rude, patronising & had the nerve to hold the items to random until a £15 fee had been paid? This really upset my wife who had to turn to her mother to pay it. If i had been present it would have been a different story! I will be reporting Denhams to local trading standards. All the other jewlers in Market Harborough were very accommodating.

Popped in today. Needing my ring removing. A very nice young lady was most helpful. She managed to cut off the ring . She was very reassuring the whole time. Thank you so much.will definitely be back to be resized

Did not buy a ring but they were so helpful. I went in with no idea on size or anything at all and they spent a lot of time assisting me and even ordering extra rings in for me to look at. Brilliant shop and will certainly be back.

We've bought the odd bit from Denhams over the years. The employees seem fairly decent and knowledgeable. However, the owners/management are incredibly rude and let's say tricky when it came to a return. Incredibly unhappy with the quality of a necklaces, we were just laughed at. There are better alternatives in Harborough.

Awful experience today. Popped in with my husband to buy a ring as a Xmas present for me. We were asked what exactly we wanted, the sales woman was very dismissive and said all the rings were in the window, it would be better to stand outside to look at them. We’d come in because it was absolutely torrential rain, ghastly weather and we’re serious shoppers. She said that would be easier for her than having to reach for them. So outside we went, only 5 rings on display, the rest of the cushions for rings were empty. Total lack of interest in making a sale and we felt like we’d been told to F off.Will not be returning. Would not recommend.
