I came to Lukasz drastically overweight and criminally unfit. He took the time to discuss with me what my goals are and how we could achieve them.Despite 3 lockdowns and all the barriers put in our way over the last year Lukasz has been available throughout to help me on my way to a better and healthier life. Even running sessions outside in the dead of winter to help keep his clients on track.Lukasz will push you to achieve more than think you can whilst always respecting your limitations and hatred of specific exercises (Bulgarian split squats!). His knowledge and expertise is second to none and he's always on hand to answer any questions about exercise, nutrition and supplements.Starting working with Lukasz has been one of the best decisions I ever made when I decided to invest in myself. Not only have I got a great PT that has taught me how to get stronger and helped me shift 28kg so far, I've come to enjoy exercise and my time in the gym. That's down in a huge part to how comfortable Lukasz makes you feel and just how fun he is to hang out with!If you're thinking of starting working with a PT then don't hesitate to give Lukasz a call. Lukasz has helped me in so many ways. So far I’ve lost 10kg in body weight, reduced my body fat percentage by 10% and I feel so much stronger and happier. I have an autoimmune condition that can flare up and affect my joints. Lukasz has helped with rehab throughout these tendon injuries which has enabled me to continue training and still see improvements. Overall, he has given me motivation to stay focused throughout life’s ups and downs and these days I actually look forward to going to the gym and lifting weights. Lukasz is such a positive and encouraging PT, so even on days where I feel shattered and not my best, I always come out buzzing and feel like I’ve achieved something.

Lukasz is a highly skilled personal trainer and I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get fitter and stronger. Before meeting Lukasz I was too nervous to lift heavy weights and with his guidance I now feel confident in my technique, being able to safely lift and use a range of different equipment and weights. Lukasz is incredibly kind and considerate and if you are nervous about starting your journey towards better health then he is the person to go to!

I came back from a holiday in South Africa weighing the heaviest I ever was! (This was before lockdown) - 14st 11lb. There was a lot of eating and drinking! I needed to do something about it and decided to join the gym. I didn't really know what to do at the gym so decided to get Lukasz to help me.Lukasz designed a training programme for me to help lose body fat and gain muscle. He also helped me to know how much I should be eating and what sort of food I should be eating to make sure I had energy in the gym but also to make sure I was going to lose weight. More importantly for me it was about knowing what to do in the gym as previously when I joined the gym I would just go on the Treadmill, Cross Trainer and Rower. Lukasz showed me the best exercises to build muscle, how to perform them with correct form so I was not going to potentially injure myself. He also showed me how to progress with the exercises so that I continued to get fitter and stronger.When I started training with Lukasz I weighed 89kg, just over 14st and had a body fat percentage of over 20%. Lukasz helped me lose over 15kg in weight (2 1/2st) and over 5% body fat. I am the fittest and strongest I have ever been. I know how to barbell squat and deadlift. I had to buy a whole new wardrobe of clothes because all my old clothes were too big, and nothing fit me anymore. Going to the gym, training and being coached by Lukasz is an integral part of my life and part of what I love doing - I know it sounds quite extreme, but it has been life changing for me. Lukasz has given me the skills, knowledge and confidence to ensure I continue with this. To anyone who isn't sure about whether they should go to the gym or aren't sure about what do to when they are there, I couldn't recommend Lukasz more highly.

I have trained with Lukasz for over 2 years, I’ve had shoulder injuries and my lifts were being affected. I asked Lukasz to help me regain my strength and my confidence in my shoulders to support other areas of my lifting. I’ve always found Lukasz to be very knowledgeable, very passionate, and very supportive of what I have wanted as his client. GREAT COACH - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Before signing up for sessions with Lukasz I, like many others, had a gym membership card slowly decaying in my wallet for about 6 months, scarcely used. I would, upon a rare burst of motivation, go a couple of times, mess around on a few interesting-looking machines before sheepishly jogging on the treadmill for 3 minutes, eventually skulking home deciding; 'this isn't for me'.I definitely needed help getting out of that slump, and had a few goals in mind when I signed up for the sessions; to build confidence and consistency in the gym, build better habits, and, of course, get into better shape. Now my training plan has come to an end and I really feel Lukasz has helped me achieve all of those goals and more.He quickly prepared a 3 session/week workout plan for me, along with a nutrition guide based on my circumstances. Lukasz was able to motivate me and educate me on proper form, technique, and gym etiquette. All while keeping the sessions fun and engaging, often asking if I'd like to change any of the exercises or if I had any feedback.Once the initial 10 weeks finished, I decided to book a further 5 sessions to continue training with Lukasz and move to a 4 sessions / week programme.I'm now feeling in better shape than ever, having dropped a few kilos and gone from complete beginner in the gym to confident and comfortable, thanks in a big part to Lukasz who provided consistently high quality training along with insights and even a few book recommendations! Great coach who I highly recommend.

IF YOU WANT TO GET BACK ON TRACK WITH YOUR FITNESS AND DIET, THEN LUKASZ IS YOUR MAN!I had always been reasonably fit and active and never really concerned about my weight. Over the years work and family commitments took more and more of my time and my health and fitness started taking more of back seat. My nutrition wasn’t something I spent enough time focusing on and bad habits had crept into my diet.As a Christmas present (on the back of a recommendation) my wife bought me a block of PT sessions with Lukasz. I’ve tried going to the gym before but always found it an intimidating place and basically quite dull as all I ever used was the cardio machines (Rower/bike/running machine) so wasn’t sure what to expect.Lukasz is brilliant, he instantly put me at ease and he put me through my paces in the gym while we talked about my goals. He then produced a bespoke weekly exercise plan based on what I could commit to and developed a nutritional plan for me also. The exercise was predominantly free weights based with some HIIT style elements and some core work. Over the following weeks we worked together to improve my fitness and increase my confidence in the Gym. Lukasz remained really supportive throughout, checking in by text after sessions to keep me motivated and accountable. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic without being at all overwhelming (as I have found some previous personal trainers) and I have really enjoyed our sessions.3 months on and I have lost over 12kg in body weight (nearly 2st!) and reduced my body fat by 6%. I can see muscular definition again and am on my way to achieving a visible core. I recently played football and was really pleased with my fitness. I could run the whole match which was so very different from the position I would have been in before seeing Lukasz, where I would have been blowing after 5 minutes!I am now going to the gym 3 times a week, and continue to train with Lukasz for one of them. He has given me the confidence to use the weights myself and I can honestly say that I’m enjoying it - I didn’t think I would ever say that!IF YOUR’RE A DAD AND WANT TO GET BACK THE BODY YOU HAD IN YOUR 20’s THEN GET IN TOUCH WITH LUKASZ

KNOWLEDGEABLE, UNDERSTANDING AND MOTIVATINGI started training with Lukasz back in the summer of 2020 during the first lockdown as I was really missing the gym and needed a bit of motivation to exercise. He was running outdoor PT sessions in the local park, even in the middle of winter when it was zero degrees (coldest workout ever) I was very proud of that day!! and he has been my PT ever since!My job is desk based so it is difficult to keep active during the day. I went to the gym but didn’t feel I had a plan and sometimes felt I didn’t know what I was going to do next. Looking back, this in turn meant I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted, and it was difficult to stay motivated.Lukasz’s guidance, accountability and his great training workouts motivated me to get my arse down the gym after work more often. I now had a plan and knew what I was going to be doing. It gave me something to look forward to (as much as going to the gym can). Lukasz has taught me exercises which I historically shied away from, and gave me the confidence to use equipment that I had not previously used including the strength and conditioning area of the gym. He helped with my nutrition by designing a plan which has helped to reduce my body fat and build lean muscle to achieve a more toned look. It has been really helpful having the guidance and accountability from Lukasz around my nutrition.My confidence has grown, I started seeing results, both in my strength increasing and how my body composition has changed. My whole-body shape has changed, and I now see muscle and definition where previously there was none. I’m still a work in progress but am heading in the right direction.If you do not know where to start and the idea of doing it alone is daunting, if you want to lose bodyfat and transform your body then I would highly recommend Lukasz to help you
