Eco Dry Cleaners

No stains were removed. Instead stains were ADDED. Honestly I picked up my items in worst shape then when I dropped them off. It is so difficult to find a decent dry cleaner in this area. Beware of all of them!

I took my leather jacket to be dry cleaned, the guy said let me check it first and took my jacket inside then he came back with a blank ink kind of stain. I said what happened , he said he didn’t do anything to it but he took it inside to try something but he denied that he has done anything to it,Instead of apologising he was so rude!!I wouldn’t advise anyone to clean any leather goods in this dry cleaners

Reply:For the start, it is not grease and oil, that was ink from the stamp, which supposed to be removable, but from your side someone preferred to iron the stains which wasn't removed, and now it will be even more harder to remove. If I knew it will happen like that I would not even give you and normally wash it on my own. If someone who is coming first time to your dry cleaning person inside should ask if there are any special stains to cary about. I didn't know that there was options for cleaning.Original message:I don’t know how is possible that I received back shirt the same dirty as I gave for cleaning… it looks like person who ironed it didn’t even bother to say anything about dirt. I would not recommend that dry cleaning company.

Got 1 pair of jeans adjusted for 15£ after 1 month I came back with another pair and the guy wanted to charge me 25, I've said I've paid 15 last month and he modified the price with the pen. when I collected them, the owner/manager said me that it was impossible because they always charge 25, I gave him 20£ and he didn't gave me back the 5£ change.They Lost one customer for 5£!Bullying and unprofessional owner/manager. Avoid this shop!

Had my trousers altered here. The guys inside are really nice and although they didn't make the alteration exactly as I wanted it first time around, they corrected it with no fuss.Happy with service, would recommend.

Tried dry cleaning and hemming services. Dry cleaning didn’t remove the stains, and as for the hems they came off after one wear. Will not return

Absolutely first class service here! Please neglect any reviews that say otherwise. I have been highly impressed and satisfied with the cleaning and pressing of my clothes here for over 3 years and highly recommend them. Their alterations are top notch with excellent seaming and miracle clothing adaptations that have helped me recycle/re-wear my current wardrobe fashions to my body shape and taste. I appreciate the cordial customer interaction and prompt 'ready for collection' provision as well. EXCELLENT.

Used their tailoring service. My missus leather pants stiching along the knee got separated. Partly because the leather split apart. They tailor offered patching and stiching. All came to 22 quid. They took 2 days to finish work, said fast service was available too upon request. All in all very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend to use these guys.Haven't used their dry cleaning service but I suspect it's top notch tooOh on a down side it's cash only, but for your convenience they have ATM on their premises.
