After travelling 175 miles to take my Mum, from Denbigh to a funeral, at St Asaph my rear n/s coil spring broke. Nightmare. Bryn, who looks after my Mum's Polo, managed to fit my car in at very short notice and complete the repair. Simply excellent. This high level of service in unheard of where I live and I can only say a sincere thank you to everyone at Pentre Ford. I can't recommend the garage highly enough. Diolch

I recently bought a Ford Focus from Pentre Motors. The service received from Paul was 2nd to none ,very pleasant and informative. The price was extremely competitive. I was so happy with the service, I returned a few days later and bought a Fiesta for my daughter . I highly recommend this garage.

Outstanding service from the start. Paul is friendly and informative without being pushy, he let me make my own mind up about the sale. He also helped me out massively with an issue concerning my old car which had some complicated electrical problems. The car I purchased had a minor air-conditioning issue which was fixed without any hassle at my convenience. Would highly recommend.
