Rupert provides reflexology at my workplace and I have been treated by him most weeks for around a year. He is very professional and provides a calm and relaxing therapeutic space. He can work on issues you specifically bring (such as pain) but can also provide diagnostic support (as in reasons for the pain). He has also been helpful in providing overall wellbeing advice. I would recommend him highly for people looking for a method of relaxation or pain relief.

I have been seeing Rupert for over 12 months and he is a magician. The art of reflexology is incredible. He can assist with many conditions and has an innate instinct for where you can use his methods best. I highly recommend Rupert - he is by far the best reflexologist I have seen.

I contacted Rupert because I was suffering from upper back and wrist pain - which I’ve suffered for around two years now. I noticed the pain was getting increasingly worse as I studied from home. He couldn't see me because of the lockdown restrictions but asked me to send him some posture photos. He then sent me some simple exercises to do which I did daily. I noticed improvement within a few days and total relief from the pain for the first time in two years. Thank you very much, Rupert, for your kind service and brilliant advice.

Rupert is an experienced reflexologist who has treated me for the past 8 months. I was suffering from hormonal imbalance and he has helped to bring down my FSH level from 28 to 8. I highly recommend his technique of using pressure points on both feet and face.

As a secondary school teacher, I suffer from stress and sleep problems. During Rupert's sessions, I totally relax and often fall into R.E.M. sleep, awaking to feel much less stressed. I also notice that I sleep much better following treatments. I have been to other reflexologists but they do not have the same effect. I thoroughly recommend Rupert's treatments.

During pregnancy this treatment kept me both mobile and sane, especially towards the end. Rupert is so experienced and has a really calming effect which put me totally at ease. Post pregnancy I’ve targeted specific health concerns as well as general wellbeing and booked extra treatments for my family and friends; even the skeptics loved it. The service is really flexible, totally client/needs-led and excellently priced given the impact and quality of the treatment!

I have been seeing Rupert since relocating to London more than a year ago because I needed treatment to help me with my RA. I have used Reflexologists since I was diagnosed 15 years ago and Rupert understands and administers the techniques of reflexology to support my condition. Not only is he knowledgeable, but he has a great bedside manner and the environment he practices in, is very calm. I highly recommend his services and I continue my treatment with him as it has been beneficial to my overall health.

I am writing on behalf of my mother Bridget who has had treatment from Rupert for several months. She suffers from nerve pain relating to her Multiple Sclerosis which was badly affecting her sleep. Rupert's reflexology treatment was very beneficial in helping ease the nerve pain and helping her get a decent night's sleep. Rupert is an absolute professional , I saw him for around about a year after struggling with long standing flank pain and nausea. Despite being a bit of a sceptic on commencement, the sessions were always incredibly relaxing, and more than that the issues I had went away.
