Metro Bank

Terrible experience with the bank. I've closed my account down and will not ever bank with metro. They kept blocking my incoming payments even though I clarified it several time with emails and calls and branch visits. There's no option to get a bank statement on app and when I queried it they said that each time I wanted a bank statement I had to go into branch to get bank statement.Overall I'd advise stay well away from this bank, I'm glad I have cancelled and gone with another bank.

Wow , don’t go in the bank often but went in there today, , queens st, the staff were professional but not stand off ish, but the building was classy.great customer service, thank you.

Terrible bank, stop my transactions on ebau because i had reach my limit number transactions in one day, despite having sufficient funds and going yjrough security 4 times, they refused me to pay money owed £13.90 with >£2000 in my account, wasted hours trying to get reason, computer says no..we not pay..lol

I've needed statements for my account .I ordered them over the phone as the nearest branch is 50 miles away .The statements never arrived.I had to order them three more times before I received them .Really bad customer service.Avoid this bank at all costs.
