I speak based on my personal experience from 2 years ago, as well as on behalf of many others. If you're a great teacher in your field, are seriously considering a career in the education sector, take care of yourself - if LJMU is your chosen university, make wise decisions about your chosen school. If you're experienced, self-motivated, and somewhat confident, forget it, unless you're a young blank canvas, prepare to be spoken to as though you're an imbecile, to the point they break you or you leave for something better, which 40% of trainees here do! (2021). Never expect a school teacher to admit when they're wrong and clueless. I managed to leave, continuing my teaching career elsewhere. Please don't stop changing lives and making a difference. There are many far better places you can thrive with like-minded people!
