It's always worth a pop-in ! Ample car parking. Shop on 2 levels with a cafeteria upstairs that we enjoy. Bedding, furniture, lighting kitchenware.reasonable pricing.

The main shop is great, you can get pretty much most things at reasonable prices. The one area to avoid is the upstairs cafe, Pausa. Every empty table was dirty. Dirty cups and crockery. Service also very slow with only one person serving. Prices on the higher side. We leftafter a while without purchasing anything

Had a lovely cup of coffee and cheese . Children got a free meal.

Service was so slow, the two staff, as nice as they were, needed to speed up. 30 mins IWaited in the queue so much so that my elderly Mum nodded off. My issue is with the Pausa cafe.

If you need your wife to sap your wallet of all its wieght, this is the place for you. Blinds and homely ornaments galore.Then you get the fun part of discussing where it all goes or even better when you can get round to installing it for her, when you get home.If your in the doghouse around about £200 spend here should see you in the clear

Great choice of furniture and all sorts of quirky things for the house. All well priced and there's currently a sale going on.

A large place with lots and lots of staff, I just loved so many things from there!I left 4 stars as I needed help with a curtain, and I asked a member of staff if she can help me, so she sed someone will come in the minute to help me but after 20 minutes still no one came so just bought few things and gone as I have had my little one with me!

I purchased a mattress and prior to doing so I spoke with the manager to get his view. I mentioned having a bad back and purchased his selection. The mattress has been used 3 times and every time it was used, I woke up sore. It was pricey and can't get a refund as it's against their policy. I'm out of pocket and won't be able to afford another mattress for a while. I'm disabled and sleeping on a sofa does not help my situation.Safe to say I won't be using this company again.

I love Dunelm, and today popped in with my partner andwe had lunch in Pausa. We were deeply disappointed with our jacket potatoes and side salad. The jacket spuds were about the size of an apple and the toppings were only about three tablespoons. The side salad was just a few bistro type salad leaves.. I didn't count them, but there were probably only about 6 small leaves on each of our plates. There was nothing else. In my experience, a side salad normally has leaves/lettuce and tomatoes and cucumber. Thank goodness for the tiny pot of salad dressing to spruce it up a bit. The coffee was luke warm. I am just glad that we both ordered something for dessert. I had a mince pie and my partner had a scone. All of this came to £20. Really really poor value for money.
