I would like to share my experiences of Rentokil when we had an insect infestation in our house in the summer of 2018. Joe Croker who assessed the situation offered services way beyond the call of duty because we were out of the country. He worked closely with the house-sitter, advised us in detail and at all stages, and offered expert advice in a considered and helpful way. Nothing was too much trouble to inform us of the situation and to help us with the infestation.The work was then carried out over several weeks by Matt Mayor. Matt was dedicated and very efficient in his work and also offered far more than would be expected in terms of helpfulness. He visited the property numerous times and dealt effectively with the infestation. He offered expert advice, returned whenever we needed him, and assisted us greatly. This was an especially difficult case for him as we were not in the country till near the end. He worked expertly on it and sorted out the problem systematically. The infestation was contained and is now over.We could not have been happier with the service Matt, as well as Joe, offered, including fielding our anxious phone calls and emails from North America. We knew that Rentokil would be the best bet in terms of dealing with this infestation (we were offered lots of options by other companies) and so it was. We could not have been happier with Rentokil’s service and expertise, and both Joe and Matt were worth their weight in gold. Thank you very much indeed.
