I found Zeshan from Bolt to be committed to helping us come to a structural solution bearing in mind the build constraints we faced. His work was coordinated quickly with the Architect and the details shown on the drawing were clear and easy to understand for the builder. I would not hesitate to recommend Bolt for structural services.

I asked Zeshan and he kindly undertook design of a knock-through and RSJ installation. I found him approachable, with excellent communication and knowledge. The support he provided was outstanding. By profession I am a charted civil engineer and was able to check his calculations too. His fees was also extremely reasonable. I can not recommend him highly enough!

I worked with Bolt structures last year, on a residential project for a bungalow conversion. Zeshan was extremely professional and took the time to understand my requirements. Price wise they were very competitive and most importantly work was completed within the agreed time. One real bonus was the after sales service, any questions or queries my builders have had, have been dealt with in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this firm for any work you are doing. Bolt Structures
Mr Khan was asked to provide the required structural diagrams/plans for a large and extended loft conversion requiring steel beams. He has provided an excellent service and at a reasonable price. He has been responsive, thoughtful and his submissions have been comprehensive and the expected standard for a regulated structural engineer. Building Control had no comments on his submission. He was conservative with his recommendations but always within reason. I hope that I have the chance to work with him again and I recommend him.
