I received only part of my order- the pot but no coffee. I've been charged for both. I've sent 3 emails - with no reply and have and tried for 3 days to phone this company but keep getting the answer phone. I've left a message but no one has got back to me. I managed to get through on the phone and have now received my missing coffee!

I paid for an item on the 17th January 2020 and also paid £4.99 for postage , its now the 28th Jan 2020 and nothing !I've sent emails and had no reply's , i've called the number numerous times and no one picks up , this company is a joke and shouldn't be trading if this is how they treat customers .I would never go near this mickey mouse outfit again , shop with them at your own risk but dont expect satisfaction .

This is rubbish company. I bought lamp of 11 January and I'm not get yet. I sent few email's no reply. I try call to they no answer. I just waist my money and time. I don't will buy nothing more in this shop

Spent £78 on 2 lamps over a week ago, called, emailed had no reply. Wondering if anyone else has had any joy in having a refund processed? Wish I had seen these reviews first! Very angering and unprofessional.

Placed an order back in June 2022 - Called, Emailed.. Literally no response whatsoever. Never received my order - Will be reporting to trading standards. Basically just steal your money with zero intentions of delivering goods. SCAM

I bought a jezve three weeks ago. I have not got my order yet. I sent email and call to a number and no response..This is the second time I bought items from them. The first time it was very slowly delivery, however I got my order .
