Highly recommend Wards Solicitors in Clevedon.We had the pleasure of Lucy throughout our house purchase. First class service throughout. We had peace of mind that Lucy would get our inquiries communicated correctly with no misinformation to the sellers solicitors & therefore things would get answered to help us decide on how to progress with our move.At key points we had rapid communication from Lucy who had gone to the sellers solicitors to get things sorted versus incredibly slow & unsure estate agent.

I’ve had dealings with Sarah marsh with my late mothers estate for the past 4 years .She is the worst solicitor I’ve ever dealt with and all of my family have said the sameSarah would pretend she was out the office on holiday when I called. Then when I called under a different name she would suddenly be back in the officeAbsolutely heartless 4 years after my mothers death we still have not received the full amount of money we are owedStay well clear

Very poor customer care.Trying to get information on the progress of your case or trying to get feed back on enquiries almost impossible.Seems clients are a nuisance but not slow to get their bill paid.

I have encountered their service indirectly. As they (fortunately) were not my solicitor, but the seller s solicitor. However, although my solicitor, as a purchaser, was very fast, prompt, professional, excellent in one word, the seller solicitor at Wards was absolutely... awful. Very slow, communication was almost non existing, in rare occasions when they decided to give an update, this wasn’t always accurate and not always based on a discussion they had to their client, more an opinion on what the client might desire. I am glad is all finished now, but I would not recommend Wards solicitors as house purchase/sell representation. Just based on my experience.
