My family and I recently used Freeman Brothers for the organisation and conduct of my mother’s funeral.Support for the family during the planning and preparation process, both in person and via e:mail, was excellent. Communication from all of the staff was clear and professional - so important at such a difficult time.Everything on the day ran extremely smoothly, and Freeman’s staff displayed the perfect blend of friendliness and dignity that the occasion demanded. In all, a very fitting send-off that my mother would have been honoured by.

All funerals will be sad occasions, but our experience with Freeman Brothers on both our Fathers' funeral and recently our Mothers' passing has been exemplary. The respect and efficiency that their funeral affairs have been handled with is to be applauded. We would fully recommend using their services. It also shows the benefit of having a pre-paid funeral and burial plan in place as it certainly eased dealing with these matters. Thank you Freemans for your care.

Thank you very much for taking care of my Mum and for giving her a day that all of us will remember. Tina was especially helpful in making sure everything was arranged and the celebrant Judy made the day run really smoothly. It's worth mentioning we had a few special requests including a cortege of taxi drivers to follow my mum on her last journey - nothing was too much trouble. I know I have said thank you already to the wonderful team, but I'll say it again. Thank you.

From initial contact with Alex and the whole organisation, swift responses, technology at the chapel and the lovely Tom and Clive we met on the day too - everything ran seemlessly without any worries, concerns or issues.Gail Pearce our celebrant, was also amazing too. Though a funeral is a sad occasion, I feel with all the wonderful support, professionalism and efficiency of all involved - it allowed us to create a fitting tribute to our lovely Dad.

Freeman’s provided a first class first service following my dad’s passing, with so much kindness, respect and understanding to the whole of my family. Tina was so helpful from day one, from helping to arrange my dad’s funeral to arranging us seeing my dad in the chapel of rest. The gentleman who looked after us on the day of the funeral were all so lovely too. My dad couldn’t have had a better send off and we feel it would have been just what he wished for.

In simple terms, Freemans are solely interested in looking after those using them to the best of their abillity. I was clearly their main interest and every effort was made to make a sad day as comfortable and stress free as possible. All staff are friendly and courteous and they do all they can to meet individual requirements.Amazing people

Freeman Brothers have been outstanding in the service they have provided.From the initial contact after my fathers death through to my fathers funeral and most recently to the interment of his ashes they have given us the best service, nothing was too much trouble and the service was delivered in a friendly empathic way and was so incredibly well organised.Truly amazing customer service for which are extremely grateful.Thank you
