Paws On Track

I am such a fan of Paws on Track, they are a wonderful addition to Haywards Heath! I want to give a particular shout out to Emma, the amazing groomer. I took my nervous rescue in for his first ever groom and Emma couldn't have been more wonderful at keeping him relaxed and happy - he loved her! I am so grateful and will be coming back for sure. She and Jacqui were so welcoming and friendly to us in the shop too. Highly recommended!

Always love shopping here. Jacqui, and her family team, are so helpful and there’s always something new. Plus the range of treats, all plastic free, are so much cheaper than others in Haywards Heath! Also a great place to buy gifts for pet lovers too with some lovely hand made items !

I cannot speak highly enough of this recent addition to The Orchards -as soon as we get close my Dachshund Skye races to the door. Jacqui is so knowledgeable and being a novice dog owner, she has answered numerous questions of mine with a friendly smile. The shop is well stocked and has a very good choice of natural well priced treats of which my fussy little furry person has so far liked all of the ones I've bought! If I could - I would give a 10 star review and I wish Jacqui lots of well deserved luck in this new venture.

Oh my goodness, did Haywards Heath need this shop! The owner is so knowledgeable and is a qualified pet trainer, so you know you're in good hands here. There's always people in here but that doesn't deter from the exceptional customer service I always receive. I was so impressed by the natural treats that my dog just loves. What a great vibe! Their groomer opens soon, so I've booked my dog in.Jacqui is the owner and just after a few visits, she's become a friend as I know she cares for my dog as much as she does her own.This is by far the most reasonable (cheapest) in the town. The other two are way overpriced which is just greedy. I would imagine the rent in the heart of the town is more than on the outskirts, but Paws on Track is much cheaper which doesn't make sense. As I say, it's just greedy.I cannot recommend this wonderful shop enough - you will not be disappointed. Thank you Jacqui for opening in HH.

Paws On Track has been our essential shop for our rescue pup, for food, advice, natural treats and robust toys. The owner Jacqui has been part of an amazing support network over the last 11 months of owning our dog. As we have a Spanish rescue pup, it can be challenging to overcome what might be considered as simple tasks for other dog owners (getting in a car, socialising with other dogs). One of the next challenges in her development was to have a proper groom and having now visited Emma for the second time at Paws On Track, we have been able to leave our pup to be groomed without concern or worry as we know she will be in the best of care. Emma always ensures that our pup is comfortable and under no stress (ensuring that the owners are also very relaxed). We highly recommend this store, and can't think of going anywhere else.

Highly recommend this groomers. The owner is super lovely and really has the dogs best interest first. Emma was amazing with my nervous dog that hates her nails clipped. She was so patient and so sweet with my dog Maggie. They have really good doggy treats too so worth popping in. Thank you Emma

If my dog ever runs away, it'll be because she's heading to Paws on Track!We can't walk anywhere nearby without her pulling me towards the shop, she loves it here so much - and not just for the wonderful variety of food and treats, but she adores Emma and Jacqui and rightly so.She's just had another groom here, and didn't want to leave to come home! We've had so many compliments about her since we started getting her groomed here as she comes out looking fantastic each time (and she clearly feels amazing and special with the 5* treatment she receives.I can't really recommend Paws on track enough. If you have a dog, stop in for a treat and book your dog in for a groom - nowhere else compares when it comes to how well they'll look after your dog, they're the best (and amazing value too!).

All good for this shop. We love all of you. Typhoon always looks great after his big groom here. Don't worry about the missing star as you are so popular now - we can't book an appointment so easily anymore! Xx
