Sophie is an amazing and knowledgeable PT who I would definitely recommend! I've been training with Sophie for nearly 2 months now, she is an expert in her field and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The gym she trains in is very intimate and you have no other gym members around, which I prefer as having others glaring at me whilst training is off putting, she doesn't judge you for wanting a sweet treat, but also you feel like you're kept on track to meet your goals, I would 100% recommend

Sophie has been my PT since Feb 2019 and I always look forward to my sessions with her.Sophie always takes on board how I have performed in my previous session and tailors the current one accordingly so we are together working towards my longer-term goals.Sophie is quick thinking especially when our sessions fall in peak periods and adopts a consistently proactive approach within the sessions she delivers. No question is stupid; I am comfortable asking for help from exercises to meal plans!One thing I have noticed is that Sophie continually strives to improve her own performance (evident on her iG account) and this serves as motivation for me to keep on working towards my own goals.As a result of having Sophie as my PT, I have seen both my mindset and body become healthier and stronger. Sophie is really knowledgeable and a great PT! I've been training with her for 2+ years and I feel like I'm the strongest and fittest I ever been! I still surprised myself with PBs that I didn't know I was capable of. The training is bespoke, challenging and easy to follow. What I like the most is that is one aspect of my life I don't have to plan for. I show up at the gym, open the app and my training is there to follow. There's a degree of flexibility that you can substitute some exercises if it's particularly busy. But I literally just have to show up. And Sophie taught me discipline and consistency really pays off. It has indeed!During 121 sessions, Sophie will explain the moves and give you extra cues so you know what to look for/what muscles to squeeze and how to position yourself. These are priceless! When you're training on your own you'll remember these and it'll make everything go smoother and safer.Thank you Sophie for being exceptional! I can't recommend you enough.
