Santander customers services yesterday was very disturbing and disgusting. My card payment was blocked called Santander customers service spoke to few Jennifer and few other ladies very lovely but when they put they call to this Suleman guy he thinks his a big man has control to my money and can block unnecessarily. When no one else done this in my life £600 is fraud or more money or £6000 never had problem I work hard for my money. But I will take this further action this is not goin to end her as what damages its done to me and my family. Please do not bank with santander. This people are no help

Do not ever accept sealed bags of money from Santander, I recently had a sealed bag of £1000. And when I opened it at home it had two old twenty pound notes in and it was forty pound short. I was told as I had opened the bag there was nothing they could do, but how can you count it without opening it. This happened last year as well when there was a five pound note instead of a twenty in one of the bags. I was told that all the bags are double checked, what this means is that two people watch a machine count the money. That is not what I call double checking !!

I was able to open the account online without any problems. The web site and online banking has some great features. Their physical bank offers great customer service. Thanks Santander.

Staff are friendly and bonus Santander is the best place to hide illegally gained funds!.. Not that I use it for that or whatever.. just saying.
